Lisa Wingson is a founding partner and business manager at Integral 360 Solutions. She brings more than a decade of experience from the banking sector, where she successfully led complex data transitions during the pivotal Y2K software migration period. As the industry adapted to rapidly evolving systems, Lisa played a critical role in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing reporting enhancements, and ensuring a seamless transition to new platforms.

In her role as Senior Customer Service Representative, she was responsible for training and managing a team of 15+ staff, while overseeing branch-wide cash management operations across both local and foreign currencies. Her commitment to team development and operational efficiency laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial ventures that followed.

Lisa went on to manage her own retail business and successfully secured large B2B contracts serving clients in the oil & gas and utilities sectors—strengthening her experience in supply chain operations, client relationship management, and business development.

A lifelong learner and business enthusiast, Lisa holds a Diploma in Immigration Consulting with honors from CDI College in Mississauga, Ontario. Prior to that, she completed a scholarship program in Interior Design at Yorkville University, where she was recognized on the President’s List and Honor Roll. Her academic achievements are further supported by a scholarship from the Royal Bank of Trinidad and Tobago in Canadian Financial Securities, awarded for her dedication to employee development in customer service.
