Jeremy Wingson brings deep, hands-on experience in both field operations and digital transformation—bridging the gap between frontline reliability and enterprise-wide performance. His career began in the oil and gas sector, where he oversaw the integrity of critical pipeline infrastructure working in pipeline maintenance for the leading natural gas transmission company in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Jeremy’s technical foundation includes a diploma in project management and specialized training in corrosion engineering and coating inspection through the National Association of Corrosion Engineers. In the early 1990s, he transitioned into cathodic protection, designing and monitoring systems that remain operational to this day. His expertise expanded internationally when he was selected to lead quality control inspections during pipeline manufacturing and coating application in Brazil—overseeing critical work tied to the manufacturing and thermal testing of what would become the largest-diameter natural gas pipeline in the Western Hemisphere.

​From these hands-on experiences spanning subsea networks to metering stations, Jeremy developed a deep understanding of maintenance operations. This background now shapes his SAP work, where his fluency in the language of field crews and plant managers provides invaluable insight that he brings to every project he leads. As his expertise evolved, so did his leadership, he moved from pipelines to people—guiding cross-functional teams, launching energy education initiatives, and managing large-scale organizational change. In 2005, Jeremy expanded into the SAP ecosystem, supporting asset management transformations as an SAP Business Analyst across the Americas, and beyond. His ability to translate real-world operational needs into SAP functionality made him a trusted collaborator on global projects.

Over the years, Jeremy has partnered with clients across energy, utilities, mining, and heavy industry—supporting S/4HANA transitions, leading remote teams on five continents, and driving measurable improvements in performance and system adoption. He understands that today’s workforce demands more than technology—it requires effective change enablement to build confidence and ensure lasting adoption. Today, as founder of Integral 360 Solutions, Jeremy leads with purpose and personal commitment. Drawing on a deep history of SAP performance expertise, he aligns SAP capabilities with business goals, empowers workforces through targeted education, and builds systems designed to deliver sustainable value—now and well into the future.
